From our point of view, our civilization has had access to a wealth of material and intellectual development, yet millions of human beings who are entitled to enjoy and have the right to participate in this development are marginalized. To deny them access is unacceptable, counterproductive and represents a great injustice.

Our mission is therefore to provide those populations trapped in the downward spiral of poverty the material, human and educational resources needed to overcome their situation, thereby enabling them to obtain enough resources to cover their basic needs and those of future generations.
